Jasmeet, there is no particular date mentioned in the letter about medical. Its just an Intimation letter. Actually yesterday afternun I Recevivd a packet by speed post it contains 1 Intimation Letter of 2Pages + 1 Biodata form + 1 (Booklet for Pre-employment Formalities In Allahabad Bank) of 15 Pages of various types of Declaration forms along with 10 more pages attached with it are Attestation Forms,Refrees performas and Last page is medical Certificate(To Be obtained from bank's doctor or any Regd. Medical Practitioner having MBBS degree or More qualified and acceptable to the Bank)is mentioned on it. Bank will inform us About joining in the due course as mentioned on the Intimation letter. So wait.. your letter would be in your hands very soon..

Deleteok.. its just a declaration form you just have to sign on it. No need to go any where for police verification. After your joining in Bank. Bank will verify your character from the police station of your region which u will fill in this booklet. Here various forms of declarations are given in the booklet which you have to sign. Bank will verify your character and antecedents on the basis of these particulars which you are signing in this booklet.

DeleteI have not any accurate answer of your question but I would like to suggest you to try to get the references from the persons like any teacher in your locality, any person who is doctor, any family friend which is not your relative. like I got reference from my college friend who is now govt.teacher and he lives 4 km away from my home and second referenc I got from elder brother of my another friend he is also govt. teacher he lives in second street from my street.but they are not my neighbours.You can try any banking person, any bussines man also..hope you understand..

ReplyDeletewhen doctor will give this certificate back to you after check up,he will ask for your signature at the bottom left side of this form and you have to sign it in the presence of doctor then after that he will give it back to you. I m not sure but I think Dr. will match your signature from the backside of that page. which personal history declaration form you have to sign before giving it to doctor. Actually I also went through same process for my medical certificate. I signed in the presence of Dr.

Surendra ,You must go there for having your character certificate in which you last studied. because you studied from that particular college.so it doesn't matter that Principal would be the same or not. They will issue you character certificate. On page no.4, column no.10 Just fill Name of that principal who will issue you character certif. and occupation, college address, period of years you spend in that college and landline no. of college office.

ReplyDeleteNo, You have no need to send it back to head office. Just fill it accordingly and retain it. Bank will inform you about the venue for your joining where you have to submit all your documents along with this Pre-Employement Formalities Booklet.

DeleteHi..Aapko PG mention krna chahiye bus wahan pe apni pG degree ka naam likhkr Bracket mein aage yahan pe marks mention krte hai wahan pe (Result Awaited)likh dena..kyunki joining k baad agar aap koi b study shuru karte ho to bank se permission lena padta hai k main yeh degree krna chahti hu ya aage higher qualification lena chahti hu ..so aap abhi se bank ko bta do k aap ne degree attempt ki hui hai..aur result aane wala hai..

ReplyDeleteHi.. Aishwarya ,No need to mention these movable or immovable property just write not applicable..and the exam fee column would b as not applicable becaz we submit our fee to IBPS ,not to Allahabad Bank for conducting clerical exam.. so write not applicable and sign below..

In this booklet you will have to mention your permanent address.In corespondent address you should mention your current address.After your joining in Bank. Bank will verify your character from the police station of your region at your permanent address which u will fill in this booklet.Bank will verify your character and antecedents on the basis of these particulars which you are signing in this booklet.I m from Punjab state. I cann't say anything. Jassar plz try to meet to your class incharge of that time ,they may help you in this regard..after all its an important matter of your govt.job n career.

DeleteI cann't say any thing. but simple formula is that if you have,you can wear that cloths which you worn in that pic.you can have new photographs from any photographer. it will give resemblance like that photo. And on the other side ager aisi koi problem hai to wo joining or form submission k time pe unse baat karke sort out ho sakti hai. You are qualified ,aap test or interview dekar select huye hai .Ek photo ki wajah se aapko kuch nhi kahenge. don't b tensed every thing will be ok. aisi problems aati rehti hai..

DeleteAishwarya , I am not sure but according to a senior officer from Allahabad Bank Candidates of Punjab state will join on 2nd September. As the meetings regarding joining of candidates are going to be held by tomorrow in zonal offices of Punjab. It may be real or not there is no guarantee . so better wait n watch. I don't know about state to which you belong. According to me the joining dates for all states would be same..so let us wait for few days more..

ReplyDeleteHi Aishwarya, Don't worry ,I also don't have mail copy of allotment I have only phone msg. I will just show it at time of submission because candidates which have email account of Gmail few of them did not receive emails due to ibps sever problem, some got in spams in gmail account. but who has yahoo account they all received ibps allotment mails. I think you have ur id in gmail am I right ? so you could not receive ibps allotment mail. You can talk to them about this at the time of submission of your Form.

Deleteyes aishwarya..i got this info from H.O that nothing is going to happen before 20th september.so if they start sending second letter after 20 th sep so i dont think it is possible to get joining in September in fact it may also extend upto october end or november first due to pooja vacation.so its very sad but true that we all appeared for exam on NOV 2012 and passed written on 12th jan 2012 and also got final selection on 6th may but still jobless,,,,,,,,,,

DeleteHi..Friends on 23.08.13 (Friday) I talked on landline no. of zonal office in Amritsar (Punjab) and asked about our joining , the person who attended my call said to me[,"As soon as the list of candidates will reach in our zonal office from head office we will give you joining immediately and the process is going on rapidly. It may be possible in starting week of September."] Friends see that I don't get any guarantee of his statement. In Punjab only 2 zonal offices of Allahabad Bank exist. One is in Amritsar and second is in the Ludhiana. So hope for the Best,..Happpy Joining to all of You..
ReplyDeleteFriends ,Few days earlier meetings had been held in both Zonal offices of Punjab in Amritsar and Ludhiana about the distribution of candidates and the branches who need clerks. so that's all for the candidates of Punjab only. but I don't get any guarantee, its the statement given by an officer from Allahabad bank. I don't know the Zonal office in Chandigarh Exists or not But If exists is it deals with Punjab or not...?

ReplyDeleteAishwarya, Sorry, I don't have any knowledge about obc but I think you should fill 1,32,000.Because the increment change in salary has to come time to time. So don't worry about this..

After that please update on this blog. Friends I know that it may be difficult for you but I think we have not any other solution for confirmation of our joining. And on the other side we are getting late day by day for our joining.. Hope an early action..

ReplyDeleteHi friends, i got selected for allahabad bank. In the preemployment formalities docs, we were asked for doc from pre employer. But i have resigned from that in 2010 and that organization was takenover by another one,. now they are not accepting my request. They were telling me to produce the releaving letter to bank and no further signatures will be done by them. Am very much confused , can any1 please suggest me.

DeleteNo one will offer you a job only for 1 or 2 month so forget your clg and wait for your training schedule for a nationalised bank for 15 more days bcz "sabr ka fal meetha hota he"
